Dancing
Watch the Middle Eastern dance demonstration put on by our parishioners and get your dancing shoes ready for next year!

Dabke is a traditional Middle Eastern folk dance that is widely performed at weddings and other joyous occasions. Men and women join hands and dance either in a line or in a circle. The dance involves crossing the left foot over the right foot and throwing in a variety of hops. It's great fun and our dancers enjoy inviting our guests to join them!

This picture is one that truly will bring smiles and tears to the eyes of Holy Transfiguration parishioners, as it includes Reema (second from left), a shining light who left this world too soon. She and her sister Randa (far right) loved to perform the dabke with Jackie (far left) and Jennette (third from left).
The Middle Eastern Food Festival is our top fundraiser of the year. Proceeds support our yearly operations, religious education, and charitable endeavors. If interested in making a 100% tax deductible donation, please click on the button below.
