Welcome, Vendors!

  • What is the Festival? The Middle Eastern Food Festival is the #1 Labor Day weekend festival in the Washington, D.C. area! Thousands of people come through each year, and they stay to shop with our vendors.
  • When is it? Saturday & Sunday of Labor Day Weekend. In 2024, that's Saturday, August 31st (11am-10pm) and Sunday, September 1st (12:30pm-5pm).
  • How do I apply to join as a vendor? Just fill out the form below, hit 'Submit,' and our vendor coordinator will reach out to you shortly.
  • What's the pricing? The standard, single space is $200, which comes with a table in a 10'x10' space. See more in the "Pricing" section below.
  • Do you limit the number of vendors selling a certain type of item? Yes, we aim to have no more than 3 or 4 of a vendor selling one type of ware.
  • I sell food/drink. Can I come? Unfortunately, the Festival cannot accommodate any vendors selling food or beverages. Sorry!

Pricing: 

Single space (10'x10' space and one six-foot table): $200

Double space (20'x10' space and two six-foot tables): $300

Extra table: $25 each (but vendors are welcome to bring their own extra tables)

All spaces provide enough room to pitch a standard-size tent. Please note that vendors must bring their own tents, as unfortunately the church cannot procure tents for renting out.

Electricity is provided free of charge (just make sure to let us know in the application form).

Vendors are asked to commit to being present on both days of the festival.
